Upper Hutt Business Excellence Awards 2011
This year's Upper Hutt Excellence in Business Awards was on Wednesday the 10th of August. The Awards received 128 nominations over nine categories.
The event was organised by Experience Upper Hutt and The Upper Hutt Leader and we were fortunate to have as our MC for the evening, Frankie Stevens.
The Award Categories and winners were:

- Best Education Business: Hutt Valley Teen Parent Programme
- Best Bar/Club/Pub: Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club
- Best Cafe & Restaurant: Traditional Thai
- Retailer of the Year: Avison's Home and Giftware
- Supreme Winner: John Gwilliam & Co.
